§ 33.03 PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   Departmental responsibilities for Public Works Department shall be as follows.
      (1)   There shall be a Street Department, which shall maintain town streets. This Department shall be headed by a Superintendent.
      (2)   There shall be a Traffic Operations Department, which shall maintain town signs and lights.
      (3)   There shall be a General Maintenance Department, which shall maintain various maintenance projects.
      (4)   There shall be a GIS Department, which shall maintain a town database.
   (B)   The Public Works Department will be supervised by the Public Works Director.
