§ 33.02 PUBLIC UTILITIES DEPARTMENT.
   Departmental responsibilities for Public Utilities Department shall be as follows.
   (A)   There shall be a Water and Sewer Department, which shall operate and maintain the town's water distribution and wastewater collection system. This Department shall be headed by a Water and Sewer Superintendent.
   (B)   There shall be a Wastewater Treatment Department, which shall operate and maintain the wastewater treatment plant. This Department shall be headed by a Superintendent.
   (C)   There shall be a Water Treatment Department, which shall operate and maintain the water treatment plant. This Department shall be headed by a Superintendent.
