§ 32.02 FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   Fire protection services shall be provided to the town by a Fire Department.
   (B)   All members and officers shall be appointed by and be under the full administrative control and supervision of the Fire Chief.
   (C)   All equipment used by the Fire Department shall remain the property of the town.
