This subchapter sets forth uniform requirements for contributors into the wastewater collection and treatment system for the town, enables the town to comply with all applicable state and federal laws, including the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. §§ 1251 et seq.), the state-issued collection system permit and more completely describes how contributors shall meet the requirements in § 50.333.
