§ 50.359 REPORTS OF CHANGED CONDITIONS.
   At least 30 days before the change, each contributor must notify the POTW Director of any planned significant changes to the contributor's operations or treatment systems that might alter the nature, quality or volume of its wastewater. The contributor shall not begin the changes until receiving written approval from the POTW Director. See § 50.360(D) for other reporting requirements.
   (A)   The POTW Director may require the contributor to submit the information as may be deemed necessary to evaluate the changed condition, including the submission of a wastewater discharge permit application under § 50.339(B) of this chapter.
   (B)   The POTW Director may issue a wastewater discharge permit under § 50.339(B) of this chapter, or modify an existing wastewater discharge permit under § 50.339(B) of this chapter in response to changed conditions or anticipated changed conditions.
   (C)   For purposes of this requirement, significant changes include, but are not limited to, flow increases and the discharge of any previously unreported pollutants.
