(A) All SIUs shall, at a frequency determined by the POTW Director, but in no case less than once every six months, submit a report indicating the nature and concentration of pollutants in the discharge that are limited by pretreatment standards, and the applicable flows for the reporting period. Sampling and analysis must be performed in accordance with procedures set out in §§ 50.364 and 50.365 of this chapter. All periodic compliance reports must be signed and certified in accordance § 50.341 of this chapter.
