§ 50.335 HAULED WASTEWATER.
   (A)   Hauled sanitary wastewater. Septic tank wastewater may be introduced into the POTW only at locations and times designated by the POTW Director. The wastewater shall not violate § 50.328 of this chapter or any other requirements established by the town. The waste hauler is to fill out a waste-tracking form that shall include, at a minimum, the name and address of the hauler, permit number, truck identification, name and address of all of the sources of wastewater, volume and characteristics of the wastewater. If the waste hauler is found to be intentionally falsifying forms, dumping privileges will be terminated by the POTW Director.
   (B)   Hauled industrial wastewater.
      (1)   The POTW Director may require haulers of industrial wastewater to obtain wastewater permits. The POTW Director may require generators of hauled industrial wastewater to obtain wastewater permits. The POTW Director may prohibit the disposal of hauled industrial wastewater when it is in the best interest of the town, including but not limited to, falsified documentation or pollutant levels that are too high. The discharge of hauled industrial waste is subject to all other requirements of this chapter.
      (2)   Industrial wastewater haulers may discharge loads only at locations designated by the POTW Director. No load may be discharged without prior consent of the POTW Director. The POTW Director may collect samples of each hauled load to ensure compliance with applicable standards. The POTW Director may require the industrial wastewater hauler to provide a waste analysis of any load prior to discharge.
      (3)   Industrial wastewater haulers must provide a waste-tracking form for every load. This form shall include, at a minimum, the name and address of the industrial wastewater hauler, permit number, truck identification, names and addresses of all sources of wastewater, and volume and characteristics of wastewater. The form shall identify the type of industry, known or suspected waste constituents and whether any wastes are RCRA hazardous wastes. If the waste hauler is found to be intentionally falsifying forms, dumping privileges will be terminated by the POTW Director.
