§ 50.202 PIPE LAYING.
   Pipe laying shall in all instances be accomplished in a workmanlike manner laid true in line and grade with bell ends facing (up-grade) in the direction of laying. The various pipes shall be handled, belled-up and laid in accordance with manufacturer's requirements and good engineering practices.
