§ 50.157 UNAUTHORIZED CONNECTIONS.
   No person(s) shall connect roof downspouts, foundation drains, areaway drains or other sources of surface runoff or ground water directly or indirectly to a public sanitary sewer without specific written approval from the Superintendent.
