(A) The Council shall hold a regular meeting(s) each month. At its organizational meeting, the Town Council shall fix the time and place of its regular meetings. By ordinance, resolution or other official action, its regular meeting schedule may be changed by the Council, but it shall direct that a current copy of the revised schedule, showing the time and place of regular meetings, be kept on file with the Clerk. A revised schedule shall not take effect less than seven calendar days following its adoption.
(B) The Town Council shall ensure that its schedule of regular meetings is posted to the town’s Web site.
