§ 50.108 MINIMUM MONTHLY CHARGES.
   (A)   A minimum charge, as provided in the rate schedule, shall be assessed to a customer for each meter installed, as well as for each adjunct customer.
   (B)   Service furnished for a given property shall be used on that property and for that unit only unless approval is obtained to establish service as an adjunct customer.
