§ 50.107 RATE SCHEDULE AND DEPOSITS.
   (A)   All customers will be charged a deposit and billed at the rates currently in effect and approved by the Town Council, with adjustments as appropriate in compliance with the provisions herein relating to adjunct customers. The rates and deposits are subject to change at any time.
   (B)   The schedule for deposits and monthly service rates is set out in §§ 50.460 through 50.462.
   (C)   A property owner who has a water and/or sewer account with the town may sign a “waiver of deposit and personal guarantee” to establish residential service without payment of a deposit if the property owner has had an account with the town for at least two years and has timely paid the bill every month for the previous 24 months. To be eligible to sign a waiver, an applicant must provide satisfactory proof of identity and if acting on behalf of another person or non-human legal entity, the applicant must also provide the town with proof that the applicant is authorized to act in the name of the other person or entity. In addition, the applicant must provide satisfactory evidence, such as, but not limited to, a tax bill, deed or lease, that the person or entity in whose name the person is acting is the owner of the property in question. By signing a waiver of deposit and personal guarantee, the property owner authorizes the Administrator to add to his or her account any unpaid, past due charges incurred by the user of the residential service. By signing the waiver of deposit and personal guarantee, the property owner/guarantor agrees that in the event that the user of the residential service fails to pay any bill in full when due, the delinquent account balance owed to the town will be automatically added to the guarantor’s account.
   (D)   A separate deposit is required for each customer and adjunct customer.
