All services are classified under two categories, residential and commercial.
(A) Residential service shall be service to any residential customer or unit with a meter size up to one inch.
(B) Commercial service shall be service to any non-residential customer, unit(s) or building regardless of meter size, including a school or church, or to any single-family or multi-family residential property or unit(s) with a meter size greater than one inch.
