Water line plans should, at the minimum, show the following information:
(A) Location and dimension of all existing and proposed street and sanitary sewer rights-of-way;
(B) Sanitary sewer and storm drain systems dotted in;
(C) Invert of storm drains at crossings, storm drains closely paralleled by water lines;
(D) Invert of sanitary sewers at crossings and at upstream and downstream manholes;
(E) Size, lengths (or stationary) and types of lines (water, storm, sanitary);
(F) All tees, gate valves, fire hydrants and blowoffs properly labeled;
(G) Legend of symbols;
(H) North arrow;
(I) Street names;
(J) Location(s) of nearest existing valves;
(K) Existing pavement and if applicable, width and length of cut;
(L) Include "general notes" on all plans;
(M) Registered engineer's seal and signature; and
(N) Vicinity map, showing location of lines and a visual plan page index.
