(A) It shall be unlawful for any owner, proprietor, employer, keeper, or manager in a place of public accommodation to deny any person because of protected classes the full and equal enjoyment of the accommodations, advantages, facilities, or privileges thereof.
(B) This section does not apply to:
(1) A private club or other establishment that is not, in fact, open to the public; or
(2) Bathroom accommodations, which are regulated by the North Carolina legislature.
