§ 96.046 FINAL ACCEPTANCE; NAMING OF NEW STREETS.
   (A)   When an infrastructure acceptance request form has been submitted and all other requirements of this subchapter met, the Administrator shall refer the request to the Town Council for consideration. Only Town Council has the authority to accept street infrastructure for maintenance by the town.
   (B)   Town Council retains sole authority and discretion to name any town street. Upon receiving a request to accept street infrastructure, the Administrator shall consult with the Town Council with respect to the name to be given to the street. In its discretion, the Town Council may refer the matter to the Historic Preservation Commission for its recommendation.
