(A) All work shall be done in accordance with and subject to the limitations of the state's rules and regulations for erosion and sediment control.
(B) It shall be the responsibility of the installer of the system to obtain approval of a sedimentation and erosion control plan from the State Department of Natural Resources and Community Development prior to land disturbing activities.
(C) All erosion control measures shall be maintained until no longer required for sediment control, at which time they shall be dismantled and removed from site.
