The committee is to function as a citizen advisory committee in the affairs of the Bonners Ferry municipal golf course. The committee authority is as a recommending body in the affairs and operations of the golf course. The committee shall submit their recommendations to the city council and such recommendations shall not be implemented without approval by the city council. (1959 Code § 2-4-4; amd. 2003 Code)
