9-2-1: DESIGNATION OF STREET NUMBERS:
A.   Assigned By City: Street numbers for dwelling units and places of business on all public streets shall be assigned by the city.
B.   Record: The city shall keep a record of all numbers assigned by ordinance 409. (1959 Code § 4-10-1)
