7-4-4: SALE, POSSESSION, DISCHARGE, STORAGE OR DISPLAY:

No fireworks shall be sold, possessed, discharged, stored or displayed within the city except as provided by the ordinances and resolutions of the city and the provisions of Idaho law. Any sale, possession, discharge, storage and/or display of fireworks not in compliance with the ordinances and resolutions of the city and the laws of the state shall be a misdemeanor.
