7-2-1: INTERFERING OR DESTROYING FIRE APPARATUS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully or carelessly injure, damage or destroy any fire apparatus or any other property belonging to the city. (1959 Code § 7-4-1; amd. 2003 Code)
