5-390: PENALTIES:

Unless otherwise provided by law, any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction and subjected to a penalty as authorized by Idaho Code section 31-714 as limited by Idaho Code section 18-113A, wherein said penalty shall not exceed three hundred dollars ($300.00).
