The requirements and procedures set forth at sections 12-641 through 12-648 of this subchapter shall apply to the processing of all applications for subdivisions to which this chapter is applicable, except for applications which are eligible for processing as short plats (as set forth in section 12-660 of this chapter), or for processing as lot line adjustments (as set forth in subchapter 6.7 of this chapter), or for processing condominium projects (as set forth in subchapter 6.8 of this chapter).
