2-502: PURPOSE:
The purpose of this chapter shall be to provide for the regulation of the operation of snowmobiles on trails and roadways designated and maintained by Bonner County, and to provide for the collection of a voluntary user fee from those who use and benefit from said trails, in order to partially cover the cost of maintenance efforts.
