The procedures of subchapter 2.2 of this chapter for approval of conditional use permits apply to consideration and approval of planned unit developments, except as otherwise provided in this title. The Zoning Commission shall consider the planned unit development proposal and shall make its recommendation to the board, which shall conduct its own hearing on the planned unit development.
