The Bonner County board of commissioners is hereby designated and appointed as the "administrator" for the 911 system for Bonner County, with the authority to operate the 911 system and receive funds for the operation as set forth in ordinance 333, this chapter and in accordance with the provisions of Idaho Code title 31, chapter 48. The Bonner County board of commissioners as "administrator" for the 911 system shall, in addition to all other statutory duties under Idaho Code title 31, chapter 48, have the ability to appoint committees, approve budgets and expenditures in accordance with the provisions of Idaho Code, and perform such other duties and functions as may be necessary in order to administer the 911 system.
