9-190: VIOLATIONS, PENALTIES:

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and may be sentenced to jail for a period not greater than thirty (30) days, and fined an amount not greater than three hundred dollars ($300.00), or both such jail sentence and fine.
