A. No household cleaning product which contains more than a trace quantity of phosphorus shall be sold, offered, distributed or exposed for commercial sale or distribution within Bonner County, Idaho.
B. All household cleaning products commercially sold or distributed in Bonner County, Idaho, shall have affixed thereto labeling which clearly indicates the percent of phosphorus contained in the product to the nearest one-tenth percent (1/10%) accuracy. (Ord. 187, 4-10-1989)
