§ 34.036 REMOVAL OR RESIGNATION.
   Any officer or reserve officer may be terminated by the Chief of Police at any time for any cause deemed sufficient by the Chief of Police. Any member may resign from the Police Department at any time, but it shall be his or her duty to notify the Chief of his or her resignation.
