§ 151.20 DRAINAGE OF FLUID; PLACEMENT OF OIL, GREASE INTO STORM SEWERS, DRAINAGE WAYS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, whether directly or through an agent, to cause or allow oil, grease, water, or any other fluid to flow across or drain onto any sidewalk, parking lot, street, alley, or any other public way. It shall be unlawful for any person to place oil or grease into any storm sewer or other drainage way. Provided that water may be drained to that portion of the streets and gutters which are designed for such purpose if this does not interfere with normal traffic, and if the water is not contaminated with other substance such as sewer waste or industrial waste. Provided further, that the failure to prevent the flow of storm water is not prohibited by this section.
   (B)   No automobile or other vehicle shall be washed at any place within the town where the water, dirt, mud, or other substances removed therefrom by, or during, the washing thereof, shall drain into or upon any street or sidewalk of the town.
   (C)   No vehicle shall track mud or debris from private property upon public rights-of-way.
