§ 150.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   A person who violates a provision of §§ 150.001, 150.002, 150.015, and 150.016, or fails to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof, or who erects, constructs, alters, repairs, or removes, or has erected, constructed, altered, repaired, or removed a building or structure in violation of a detailed statement or plan submitted and approved thereunder, or of a permit or certificate issued thereunder, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined any sum as provided in § 10.99. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (C)   A violation of §§ 150.030 through 150.032 shall be deemed a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable as provided in § 10.99. Any person who violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 150.030 through 150.032 shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.

   (D)   A violation of §§ 150.045 and 150.046 shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine. Any person, firm, or corporation who violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 150.045 and 150.046 shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.

   (E)   Any person who shall do any act prohibited by §§ 150.060 and 150.061, or fail or refuse to comply therewith or fail or refuse to obey a lawful order of the inspector shall be punished by a fine as provided in § 10.99.

   (F)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate § 150.075, or any division or part of section thereof, is guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine as provided in § 10.99.

   (G)   A violation of §§ 150.105 through 150.107 shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as provided in § 10.99. Any person who violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 150.105 through 150.107 shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.
