(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) A person who violates a provision of §§ 150.001, 150.002, 150.015, and 150.016, or fails to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof, or who erects, constructs, alters, repairs, or removes, or has erected, constructed, altered, repaired, or removed a building or structure in violation of a detailed statement or plan submitted and approved thereunder, or of a permit or certificate issued thereunder, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined any sum as provided in § 10.99. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
