§ 150.061 LICENSE.

(A) It is unlawful for any person to engage in the business of installing gas piping or gas appliance without first obtaining a license. The license may be obtained by persons holding plumbing contractor’s license issued by the state.

(B) Bond and insurance shall be provided by the licensee in such amounts as required by the state.
