(A) No person shall practice or engage in the business, trade, or occupation of a plumbing contractor, a journeyman plumber, or a plumber’s apprentice unless he or she is possesses a current and valid license as such from the state.
(B) Bond and insurance requirements of plumbing contractors shall meet the requirements established by state law.
