§ 134.07 IMPERSONATING POLICE OFFICER, TOWN OFFICER.
   (A)   No person, other than police officers of the town, shall wear or carry the uniform, apparel, badge, identification card, or any other insignia of office like or similar to, or a colorable imitation of, that adopted and worn, or carried, by the police officers of the town.
   (B)   No person shall do or attempt any act to impersonate a police officer.
   (C)   It is unlawful to falsely impersonate any officer or employee of the town, or falsely represent himself or herself to be an officer or employee of the town, by any kind of representation, pretense, insignia, sound, clothing, or conduct, or exercise, or attempt to exercise, any of the duties, functions, or powers of an officer or employee of the town without being authorized to do so.
