§ 132.23 INTERFERENCE WITH RADIO, TELEVISION, TELEPHONE RECEPTION OF OTHERS.
   It is unlawful for any person, or any officer or employee of any person, to operate or use any citizen band radio, ham radio, or other electrical apparatus or machine which materially and unduly interferes with the radio, television, or telephone reception of others.
