§ 132.20 THROWING OUT LIGHTED SUBSTANCES, DEBRIS.
   No person shall throw, drop, deposit, or otherwise place in, upon, or with the limits of any street, avenue, public ground, public waterway, or town-owned property or waterway any lighted cigarette, cigar, or other flaming or glowing substances, or any substance or thing which may cause a fire.
