§ 73.49 MONIES COLLECTED FROM FINES AND REGISTRATION FEES.

Monies that are collected from the fines in regards to this section shall be deposited in the Town Municipal Court Fund. Monies that are collected in regards to the registration and re-registration shall be deposited in the Town General Fund to help off set the expense incurred from implementing and operating this subchapter.
