§ 73.40 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates, or requires, a different meaning.
   ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE. A motorized vehicle with low pressure tires that is limited in engine displacement of not more than 1,000 cubic centimeters. ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES may be called an ATV, golf cart, or vehicle.
