§ 72.14 TRUCK PARKING RESTRICTED IN RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISIONS.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates, or requires, a different meaning.
      BUS. Any vehicle designed for carrying more than 18 passengers and used for the transportation of persons; and every motor vehicle, other than a taxicab, designed and used for the transportation of persons for compensation excluding school buses owned and operated by public, or private schools or school districts and church buses from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
      TRUCK. Any truck above one ton capacity, or truck-tractor with or without a semitrailer or poletrailer attached, or any other combination of vehicles.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any truck or bus to be parked or stored on public or private property within a residential area or within 300 feet of residential subdivisions, except for purposes of loading and unloading.
   (C)   The following trucks or buses are exempt from the 300-foot restriction in division (B) above:
      (1)   Those used in businesses lawfully established within the town’s Commercial or Industrial Zoning Districts;
      (2)   Those used for farming by the owner or occupant in Agricultural Zoning Districts; or
      (3)   Buses operated by schools and churches within residential zones.
