§ 72.07 PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY; IMPOUNDING OF VEHICLES.
   (A)   No person shall park a vehicle on the private property of another without the consent of the owner of the property, or his or her agent or tenant.
   (B)   Any unoccupied vehicle parked in violation of this section may, upon complaint of the property owner, or his or her agent or tenant, be removed and impounded by the police; and the vehicle owner must pay removal, storage, and impounding fees.
