§ 70.04 VEHICLE OWNER, PARENT NOT TO AUTHORIZE VIOLATION OF LAW.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to authorize or knowingly permit a motor vehicle owned by him or her, or under his or her control, to be driven upon any street in the town by any person who is not authorized to drive a motor vehicle under the laws of the state, or to be driven or to stand or to be parked in violation of any provision of this traffic code.

   (B)   It is unlawful for a parent of a child or the guardian of a ward to authorize or knowingly permit any such child or ward to violate any provision of this traffic code.
