§ 37.05 PURPOSE OF REVENUES; DISPOSITION OF PROCEEDS.
   It is hereby declared to be the purpose of the revenues generated by the first and second cent sales taxes levied herein to provide revenues for the support of the functions of the municipal government of the town.
