These regulations apply to all hillside areas. A HILLSIDE AREA as referred to herein is defined as one with an average slope of more than 15%. The subdivider shall submit sufficient detailed information as to geologic conditions, soil types and underground water level in order that a determination can be made by the village as to the safety of development of the particular location.
