§ 152.099 OVERSIZE AND OFF-SITE IMPROVEMENTS.
   The utilities, pavements and other land improvements required for the proposed subdivision shall be designed of oversize and/or with extensions provided to serve nearby land which is an integral part of the neighborhood service or drainage area as determined by the village.
