§ 152.095 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS.

No sanitary sewers and group sanitary sewage disposal systems shall be constructed, installed and/or operated without the approval of the village and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency. The design, construction and installation shall be according to current standards and specifications adopted by the State Department of Health, Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) and the village.
