§ 152.057 INTERSECTION DESIGN STANDARDS.
   (A)   The design and improvement standards for intersections are minimum standards for all street intersections in the subdivision. These standards are included in the street design standards, Table 2 in § 152.054. Streets shall remain tangent for at least 100 feet beyond the point of intersection for collector streets and 50 feet for local streets. The angle of intersection shall be between 75 degrees and 90 degrees, with a 90-degree intersection preferred.
   (B)   Multiple intersections involving junctions of more than two street shall not be permitted.
