§ 150.02 ENFORCEMENT OF BUILDING CODES.
   The O.A.C. § 4101:1, the Building Code; O.A.C. § 4101:2, the Mechanical Code; and O.A.C. § 4101:3, the Plumbing Code, as promulgated by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, shall apply and be enforced within the said village.
