§ 111.05 PURPOSE AND INTENT.

The purpose and intent of this chapter is to enable the Council to meet the FCC’s requirements for regulating cable television basic service and equipment rates to the fullest extent allowed by the Act and the FCC’s regulations, and this chapter shall be interpreted pursuant to that purpose and intent.
