§ 111.04 RIGHT TO CONDUCT PUBLIC HEARINGS.

The Council shall have the right to conduct public hearings and receive testimony regarding any rate proposal submitted by a cable operator and may by motion delegate to any specified village official the right to oversee such proceeding or to undertake any of the ministerial duties of the Council (for example, issuing notices) regarding the review and regulation of rates under this chapter.
