The village hereby adopts a rule that it will follow the regulations established by the FCC regarding regulation by the franchising authority of cable television basic service and equipment rates, as contained in 47 C.F.R. part 76, subpart N (a copy of which, as it appeared in the Federal Register of May 21, 1993, is attached as Attachment 1 to the ordinance codified herein and hereby incorporated by reference as if set out in full herein).
